Respect

We have tremendous respect for the perseverance, wisdom and heritage of our Tribal Clients.  We also have great respect for the business acumen, creativity and initiative of all of our clients.  We know that our work is merely a tool for you to use.  No one knows your business better than you and no outside analysis can substitute for the energy and effort you bring to running that business each day.  We show our respect by listening carefully to your needs and insights; giving our best efforts to assist you as we can; and making sure that the reports we produce are suitable to the purpose intended.

We show our respect by participating actively in associations and institutions that seek to improve the industries we serve.  Mr. Klas is a past president of the Minnesota Association of Hospitality Accountants and past member of the Hospitality Education Committee of the Minnesota Hotel, Restaurant and Resort Associations. Mr. Klas has also taught Hospitality and Tourism Development and Marketing at Metropolitan State University in Minneapolis.  Mr. Robinson spent four years as Associate Member Representative to the Executive Board of the National Indian Gaming Association.  He has also guest lectured on planning and tourism issues at colleges and universities including his alma mater Macalester College.

We also show our respect by sharing our knowledge through presentations at conferences and frequent articles in trade publications.
