Feasibility study on behalf of the Seminole Nation of Oklahoma for the redevelopment on an historic mansion on the National Register of Historic Places to serve as a tourist attraction.

Facility components included, wine making, fine dining, event space, lodging and a Seminole Nation welcome center with historic and cultural artifacts.
